These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Unbrindavril.com website.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read these general conditions of sale and accepting them in their entirety.
Items :
The products offered are handmade by Un Brin d'Avril. Each product sheet presents several photographs, a description and our recommendations. The photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to reality but remain non-contractual. Color shades and rendering of textures may vary from screen to screen.
Items made to order, subject to a notification in their product sheet, may differ significantly from the models presented in the photograph, each item being made by hand.
Prices :
The prices appearing on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included and are exclusive of shipping costs.
The shipping costs vary according to the price of the products and the country of dispatch and are indicated to the buyer during the validation of his basket.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Payment options:
Paypal : Payments are made online through the secure platform. There is no obligation for the buyer to have a Paypal account to make the payment.

Bank card : Payments are made online through the secure Stripe platform.
Shipping and Delivery:
Items made to order (subject to notification in their product sheet) and special orders will require a period of at least 10 to 15 working days before dispatch. The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering.
Parcels are sent by Colissimo via La Poste. You will receive by email the tracking number of your shipment as soon as it is dispatched. The seller declines all responsibility for any delays, thefts, losses or damage to the package by La Poste.
Any tax to be paid in application of French regulations or those of an importing country or a transit country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns:

The costs and the risks of returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No return will be accepted after a period of 14 days following the date on which the buyer took possession of the products.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged. The buyer returns the products which do not give him satisfaction at his expense, indicating his name, first name and address and the order number in his return.
Any returned item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any used or damaged product cannot be returned. The amounts paid will be refunded within 7-10 working days, net of any commissions related to the method of payment and shipping costs.
After the 14-day period, any item delivered will be considered accepted by the customer and cannot be returned.
